Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and review compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures
  • Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends
  • Develop operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements; develop, implement, enforce and evaluate policies and procedures; develop processes for receiving product, equipment utilization, inventory management and shipping
  • Responsible for all aspects of vehicle and heavy equipment rentals
  • Establish contracts and pricing and ensuring proper maintenance and serving as primary liaison with utilities and local government agencies, such as fire, police, health and safety agencies

 

Requirement:

  • 5 years leadership and management experience in Auto Dealer Services is preferred
  • Previous leadership and management in Collections, Call Center, or Auto Dealership experience is preferred
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to adhere to policies, procedures, and instructions of management
  • Previous service experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, communication and relationship building skills are a requirement.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Training Manager in planning and implementing strategies to develop training for employee.
  • Implementing & conducting a training.
  • Develop strategies for better workplace efficiency and goal achievement.
  • Liaise between managers, customers and employees.

 

Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Automotive.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience as a Technical Training Executive, Technical Trainer or similar role.
  • Certified VTO (Compulsory).
  • Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
  • Leadership and organizational abilities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To ensure the highest level of customer care and satisfaction at all times.
  • Liaise with the parts department to ensure parts availability, keeping guests informed.
  • To maximize service profitability through the use of professional sales techniques.
  • To help retailer to achieve industry-leading standards of process efficiency.
  • Log all guest complaints, passing relevant information to the manager and ensuring a speedy conclusion.
  • Provide guests with explanations of all work carried out and recommended, optimizing additional selling opportunities, including service plans and extended warranties.

 

Requirement:

  • SKM Certificates (Level 1, 2 or 3)/Diploma in Automotive Engineering or its equivalent.
  • Have qualification in Mazda Master Certificate (L1 & L2).
  • Minimum 2 years working experience.
  • Able to communicate, interact, attending to Customers’ needs and provide professional advice to customers.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Computer literate.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Implement third parties policy, Procedures/ SOP and requirement to all service outlets.
  • To liaise with third parties team on all operational issues
  • To implement warranty procedures/SOP for local suppliers/ vendors and any “recall” campaigns from third parties.
  • To monitor claim status from Vendors and from service outlets
  • To manage and handle warranty system such as customer data-based, part data information, labour time operation and claim data submission process from the service outlet until to Local Suppliers or Vendors.
  • To manage and handle service outlets warranty claim activities such as claim submission, approval, reimbursement, warranty defective parts and warranty audit.
  • Providing warranty training to new/ existing service outlets

 

Requirement:

  • Candidates must possess min requirement of Diploma/ Degree in Automotive Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years(s) of working experience in Management level of automotive service industries/ in the related field is required for this position.
  • Have a Warranty Training Certificate in Automotive.
  • A suitable candidate will also have had experience managing the Warranty Dept.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Delegating and directing service tasks, monitoring the progress of current projects, and managing service team members to ensure the team's objectives and sales goals are met.
  • Handling customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers.
  • Assisting with or performing administrative tasks, such as managing and updating invoices, processing new orders, and tracking inventory.
  • Setting up and maintaining a service desk and evaluating its efficiency.
  • Resolving service desk problems and improving service methods to increase the service desk's productivity and customer service.

 

Requirement:

  • Candidates must possess min requirement of Diploma/ Degree in Automotive Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years(s) of working experience in Management level of automotive service industries/ in the related field is required for this position.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Undergo 3 years training and 4 years guaranteed employment upon graduation.
  • Maintains vehicle functional condition by listening to operator complaints, conducting inspections, repairing engine failures; repairing mechanical and electrical systems malfunctions, replacing parts and components, repairing body damage.
  • Verifies vehicle serviceability by conducting test drives, adjusting controls and systems.
  • Self-reliant young curious and hands-on person who prides to work with tools to be trained in a career where the nature of work is independent.

 

Requirement:

  • Age between 17 to 22 years old.
  • SPM/O-Levels/UEC with minimum 3 credits and pass in English.
  • Vocational College with minimum of 3.0 CGPA
  • Those candidates who have yet to complete the SPM examination will be considered and study leave will be granted.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the financial and accounting system and personnel.
  • Preparing monthly budgets and financial statements.
  • Forecasting financial goals for each quarter to maintain the dealership’s profitability.
  • Processing all insurance claims and liability insurance.
  • Reviewing all financial statements and ledgers, and working with the accounting staff to clear up any discrepancies.
  • Preparing all taxes and filing forms with the government.
  • Meeting with the department managers regularly to go over business matters and develop plans to increase profitability.

 

Requirement:

  • Processes warranty claims on a timely basis for each franchise or distributor.
  • Processes all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation.
  • Verifies criteria required by factory or distributor.
  • Posts credits on computer.
  • Resubmits all rejected claims promptly or receives authorization to write them off.
  • Follows up on payment of outstanding claims.
  • Tracks warranty parts by tagging with repair order number, date of replacement and date on which part may be disposed of.

 

Requirement:

  • SKM Certificates (Level 1, 2 or 3)/Diploma in Automotive or any filed.
  • Minimum 1 years working experience.
  • Able to communicate, interact, attending to Customers’ needs and provide professional advice to customers.

  • Conduct price negotiations with clients to reach a favorable bargain for both management and client.
  • Oversee the procurement of vehicle parts, automotive equipment and various other items required in an auto service department.
  • Evaluate the performance of automotive service staff in order to acknowledge efficient employees and guide underperforming ones.
  • Listen to client complaints and assist in addressing their issues and resolving challenges.
